Mr. Marshall is the Vice Chairman of Stevens And Lee and Griffin Holdings Group LLC. He is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Temple University Health System. Mr. Marshall was also formerly President of the Managed Care Strategies, Inc., a health care consulting firm, providing a fully integrated set of business, marketing, and contracting services to health care providers operating in the managed care delivery system. He was also a founding principal of Goldman and Marshall, P.C., which specialized in Corporate Health Law. Mr. Marshall is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Board of Salus University (formerly the Pennsylvania College of Optometry) and Temple University. Mr. Marshall has a B.A. from Temple University and JD from the Temple University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, and the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges.
