Dr. Chimerine is currently the President of Radnor International Consulting Group. He is the former Managing Director and Chief Economist at the Economic Strategy Institute in Washington, D.C. Dr. Chimerine is also the former Chariman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Economist of Chase Econometrics and was manager of U.S. Economic Research and Forecasting for the IBM Corporation. Dr. Chimerine is a member of numerous professional, civic and charitable organizations. He is frequently asked to testify on key economic issues before congressional committees, including the House and Senate Budget Committees and the Joint Economic Committee. Dr. Chimerine holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Brooklyn College and a PhD in Economics from Brown University.
